Louis Grimaldi - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Financial Services Representative to join our established office. Our ideal candidate is currently licensed (P&C + Life & Health) and is motivated to provide an excellent experience for our new and current customers.

Our office hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
Excellent customer service skills
Property & Casualty license + Life & Health license
Bilingual Spanish required

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
